What supplements do you take?

Should we move this conversation to the next level and start talking about HGH?

My opinions on this arent shared by many. I think its a total waste of money and effort, money and risks can be taken elsewhere for much higher ROI.
Maybe if I had endless cash I would take it at lower IU's for health benefits, but its just so expensive.

Insulin goes the same way for me, I dont mess with that stuff

Depends on the consultation process. If the patient is complaining about low libido the psych might do it.
But in general, a depressed male will probably in most cases have low libido. And there might be nothing wrong with his test levels.
I think there is many misdiagnosis happening in that space where the medical specialist just wants to prescribe anti Depressants.

Haha it’s not a magic drug but over prolonged periods it does have many great benefits. It’s not a month or 6 week cycle process.
Insulin I will never try. But I will probably start going on a 6 month course soon with GH.
Considering R2000 for 120iu’s I don’t mind. It’s what some guys spend on alcohol over a weekend. FML

What are the benefits of GH? And what is it lol. I’ll never try this stuff but find it interesting.

Go read up on Growth hormone. It’s taken subcutaneous daily or every other day.
Its another compound which is think has much more positives over negatives. Specially for aging.

I need Iso Whey but biogen is over 1K currently :/ any good specials around that's below a grand and is isowhey?

Im currently using regular whey from USN 2KG which is almost finished.

I just feel Iso whey much easier on my stomach but if I can't find something around the usn price, I'll probably get another of it.

Let me guess. You buy your protein from Dis chem. The reason why Dis chem is trying to sell you Biogen or USN is because the supplement agent on the floor gets 15% commission supposed to 10% on all other products.
Take the biogen and flush it down the toilet.
Price is what you pay, value is what you will get. If you are happy with the quality of biogen or USN then good for you.
I would rather pay more for Optimum nutrition or NPL but that’s just me.

I would rather pay less for chicken breasts but too much chewing.

I've been trying to find a protein that is not entirely absent of sugar, but also not loaded to the point where I feel like my pancreas is going to explode. Any suggestions?

Do you want a whey or Casein or Isolate?
When do you drink protein? Before bed? After workout? Before workout?

After bed, I'm not working out currently. I have trouble maintaining weight, lose it faster than I can gain.

After bed? So when you wake up? Lol
Depends on your budget but either then NPL hyper gain mass, or if you want the best on the market then go for Optimum Nutrition serious mass.

Remember that protein is not a replacement, it’s a supplement. No protein should replace a meal, you must eat whole foods. Rule number 1.

Yeah, it's just a gap filler. Will look into those, thanks.

Not going through this whole thread, but anyone taking Ashwagandha before bed? Your experience?

I take it during the day to help with anxiety and stress. Morning exercise and sun helps with regulating sleep.

I've tried and occasionally add it to my stack but I may be expecting too much from it or not giving it enough time.
The info on it and anecdotal and some evidence seems good, but didnt get much out of it
