Thyme Pancake with truffle mousse, shitake mushrooms and a cream cheese sauce something...

Then the star of the night.
Bacon and goats cheese souffle with a apple sorbet, pickled apple and apple gel.

Spicy mussels with a pumpkin fritter, crispy potato balls and almond flakes.

Lamb three ways. Miso mayo, Turkish delight hummus and a cream cheese sauce something.

Pichanca with a dauphinoise potato, honey glazed carrots and shitake mushroom sauce.

Pineapple and rum tart with caramel ice cream and a jack rabbit bon bon.

Out of this world flavours.

But we did leave with a bitter taste in our mouths after we found out how the owner treats his staff.

Really engaged with our amazing waitress and the chef all night and the stuff that came out was horrendous.

As kak as that is, it's also super kak to unload all that on a customer. Also your job is already difficult and now you're deterring customers. Being jobless also sucks.
