Tried pork belly few times in air fryer. Easy to get the skin crispy, but you don't really get the meat tender and the fat to melt in your mouth
For that you need low and slow in the oven.

Those prawns looks dryer than Biltong.

The Tamarillo is very nice, sweet. The Horned Cucumber is interesting, it's not something I would want often. Slightly bitter. But it depends what you get.

Got from some small scale farmers.
