Just fry a bit and then make a nice sauce be it curry, pepper, lemon garlic or whatever.

Yes a nice curry with them and potato cubes around the same size.
Or the same as for venison. Make a stew with OBS(or other sherry) add some cream before the end. You can also add bacon of you want for some extra fat and flavour.

Went to Saddlewoods Steak Ranch yesterday afternoon for lunch. I was pretty chuffed with the medium-rare rump steak I got. A friend of ours got his rare, which is this photo. Would definitely recommend
