Sushi rice? You can get it at Asian markets or just buy Tastic

You can also just cook normal rice for longer and stir it a bit while cooking and it will also become sticky

I don't like chips. That's the other option. Calamari is already deep fried and I don't like it grilled.

I love veg , as long as it is not green. Beans are good.

Ocean basket cajun grilled is very good and can have that with creamed spinach and butternut but not seasonal veg for me
