Looks fine to me - top bun down is the correct way to eat a burger, everyone knows that.

I realise as a South African your frame of reference when it comes to hamburgers is limited but you should have figured out by now that the top bun is more absorbent and stronger than the bottom half that has been weakening ever since the burger hit it.
