Now I want to make a Thai curry. It's a mission to get the ingredients in this country though. SA is actually much better for food than NL. And meat here is so pricey. I really miss the N1 Chinese supermarket
Yup, also in the mood now. Might do something with coconut cream and chickpeas over the weekend to scratch the itch.

The very fact that you called it the top, says no.
I realise as a South African your frame of reference when it comes to hamburgers is limited but you should have figured out by now that the top bun is more absorbent and stronger than the bottom half that has been weakening ever since the burger hit it.
