Tonight ... beef mince.

I don't know what I'm going to do with it yet .... it's still defrosting in the microwave ...

... onions will be added, tomato puree also ...

... and that's as far as my creativity stretches at the moment.

It was saucy beef mince with feta cheese.

If I consume a proper amount of oatmeal tomorrow morning my constitution should be as right as rain.
 
Pan fried chicken breast and a black mushroom with garlic, butter, cream cheese and cheese.
