Had a massive omelette with an insane amount of cheese. Also had mushrooms and onion.

have you ever made scotch eggs and fritatas ? saw jamie olivers recipe and was wondering if they come out dry

I can see cerebus' point, and it's not like he hasn't tried to help. Also, if someone attempted to make a dish out of raw egg and jam, we'd pretty all much have the same negative reaction.

Also, if you're on a budget, planning meals in advance is the solution.

I didn't use the wraps and ate the canned fish just as it was with a little salad.

I also didn't use the canned tomatoes.

It's the Zest, so I take no responsibility. To be honest though, they don't look so bad on my phone screen, so I dunno.

Haven't attempted scotch eggs, they use breading and I'm on LCHF. I have seen one recently that used crumbled pork crackling though, which I want to try. Heston has a recipe for it which I'll most likely use.
