I had these two bad boys last night.

One of them I had this morning.

Absolutely nothing wrong with those.
 
How is a fork, that can be any size, used for scale? :D
Rather use a R20 note or something everyone know.

It is easier to explain taking a photo of steak with a fork than it is explaining the same with a R20 note to the missus when she walks into the kitchen.
 
Made a quick stew...turned out way too oily for reasons not entirely clear to me. (Didn't add all that much)

For future reference this can be salvaged quite easily. Allow the stew to cool. The fat will float to the top and solidify. Take the layer of fat off, reheat and you are good to go.

good idea. Will consider that next time...depends on whether I can wait that long. :)
