What's for supper - Second Course

Made a quick stew...turned out way too oily for reasons not entirely clear to me. (Didn't add all that much)

Had some nice rump I was planning to grill in a soy, worcestershire and cider vinegar marinade but then the pregnant wife made me take her to labour ward for a false alarm. I am sure the 24 hours of basting will make it epic but not sure what to do with the par-cooked potatoes that were ready for roasting? Can I use them tomorrow or best to get fresh ones?

Short of throwing them out I'd rate maybe mash them? Seems your best bet to save them

I would probably just use them today, I'm a cheapskate like that.

Havoc.... Did you cut the fatty bits from the meat? If I'm going to make something quick I'd rather avoid a stew. To me stew is something that you leave to cook for 3 hours at least. What was the meat?

Because he gets to eat junk for dinner?

Had a slow roasted lamb in a gravy made from its own drippings and a Lindt rabbit. Sister in law's birthday party. Now that you are allowed to be jealous of.

Hey cereal one of the favourites for many people!

Made up for my lack of Easter eggs. ;)

I had these two bad boys last night.

One of them I had this morning.
