Do you make yours quite moist & dense or dry & lighter?
Made a quick stew...turned out way too oily for reasons not entirely clear to me. (Didn't add all that much)

Short of throwing them out I'd rate maybe mash them? Seems your best bet to save themHad some nice rump I was planning to grill in a soy, worcestershire and cider vinegar marinade but then the pregnant wife made me take her to labour ward for a false alarm. I am sure the 24 hours of basting will make it epic but not sure what to do with the par-cooked potatoes that were ready for roasting? Can I use them tomorrow or best to get fresh ones?
