I can't plate or take pics but this smoked tuna with roast veg was very good. Equal parts crushed garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Let tuna rest in it to an hour. Add some S&P. Smoked in Cobb for 30min a side.

250g Rainbow chicken livers (double up if you are a liver fan)
250ml cream
400g mushrooms
1 red onion
1 X tomato paste (use one and add real tomatoes if you like a tomato based dish) or ever two pastes)
4 gloves garlic
1 tsp crushed ginger
1 shot brandy (or sherry)
1 tsp mixed herbs (thyme + oregano also works)
1 tsp of Robertsons Peri Peri (buy Woolies if you don't want spicy)
Fettuccini pasta is my preference but use whatever you like.
Red wine while preparing.
I strain the livers in a colander to get rid of excess blood. Many people lay it in milk.
I fry onions and mushrooms then add livers and just let them brown before adding tomato paste and then cream.
All other spices added after cream so it doesn't dilute.

No, I used the old ones. We got 'donated' aka handed down the other ones by family and we were getting on the low side so they sort of defaulted to the main ones we use, but there's a lot of um 'feedback' on them and they're not really my style, so I'm looking around for a nice set of plates that I can get and chuck out the baby poop ones.
