Fresh pasta with peri peri potatoe cubes with a mustard, honey chilli glaze topped with fresh coriander, mini spring vegetables and roasted sesame

Tonight : Mushroom and Parmesan Risotto with green peas, rocket, a basil, thyme and paprika infused oil drizzle and we are good to go woo hoo

Being slightly unhealthy with this one. Chicken breasts marinated in soya sauce, Dijon, hot mustard and Peri Peri with Brocolli drizzled in a brown butter, garlic, pepper, sugar and soy sauce with a side of garlic, creme fresh, cheddar and spring onion baked potatoes.

Spice pear cake with chocolate ganache sauce (my contribution to family meal). Should've let the ganache chill longer but whatever.

The pear was poached in white wine butter and sugar. The cake was spiced with cinnamon clove and nutmeg, and macadamia nuts and pureed pears. Then I reduced the wine liquid to a syrup and made a chocolate ganache with it and poured it over the top, with whipped cream.
