Butter chicken
Oooh that color! Looks great.
 
Cooked the chickpeas plain this time (added onion / tomato in the past). Had no plans but as soon as I opened the pot I felt like some simple chickpea something. Ate like a broth with fresh ginger grated, lemon juice, salt & olive oil. Added some spice to the next one.

And so ja that's basically what having the munchies is like.
The stuff that looks like alien prawns is mango atchar

Picanha braai with chimichurri. It was slightly too rare here when we first took it out so we put it on a bit longer.

Hope you didn't go too far past that point of doneness because that looks perfect

It looks perfect there but when you go further in it's got some spots of rawness and the people I was with don't like to see blood :/.

I'd say 55-60c would be a very good internal temp for meat like this.
