What's for supper - Second Course

That's what I try and have 2 times out of a 7 day week.

Stir fry with fresh made egg noodles and fried chicken cutlets
 
Now this was packed with flavour.

Harissa Broccoli and Cheese Casserole.
I made too much of the cheese sauce and had to use some cabbage as a filler to make up for the lack of more broccoli.

Served it with a simple piece of pork fillet from the air fryer.

my second attempt at a chicken curry ... and it came out perfect :)

coconut oil ... and Kashmiri masala (nice warmth and slightly sweeter taste... but not where it wants to kill you)... user a red onion and a normal onion which is about perfect combo
