Korean ground beef rice and scallion pancakes


I started taking pics with my wife's iPhone 12 and I think the lighting is way better
 
Not the first fish I would have thought of for a ceviche

Not that I’ve had it any other way but worked well.

Salmon/Trout would likely be a bit more Smokey but was too similar to the recipe the week before I would guess.

They do try to keep it local.

I honestly don't see the point of Wagyu patties/sausages/wors :unsure: Wagyu is marbled pieces of meat, whereas with minced meat you can just add in the amount of fat you want.
