How very dare you! That's my lunch.
Half an avocado, one tomato, one baby beetroot, lettuce, tin of tuna with mayonnaise.
Trying to cut down on gluten.

Not that I’ve had it any other way but worked well.
Salmon/Trout would likely be a bit more Smokey but was too similar to the recipe the week before I would guess.
They do try to keep it local.

Burgers with bagel buns. I think the yeast was a little stale, they didn't rise as much as they should have.

I honestly don't see the point of Wagyu patties/sausages/wors
Wagyu is marbled pieces of meat, whereas with minced meat you can just add in the amount of fat you want.
