When colour becomes the deciding factor for iPhone's dominance

If you want to buy an iPhone, you are typically faced with three choices:

  • What size screen do you want?
  • How much built-in storage do you need?
  • Which colour option is your favourite?
And that's all that's needed.

iPhone owners often take flak for this from non-Apple users, and they are portrayed as "attention seekers" or "posers" who use the smartphone as a fashion accessory.

My Huawei was purchased directly from Huawei and updates are not restricted by network incompetence.

Unlike the Micky Mouse and poorly built iPhone, my phone supports a memory card!!
Good for you. Personally never had a need for an SD card. Nor did I have to wait for updates on my Samsung. iPhone is a decent phone. Whether you hate it or not doesn't matter, its still great devices.

Have had Motorola, Nokia and Huawei. iPhone (8) with 128Gb is the best ever. Really good speech quality, sharp screen I can view without glasses, connects easily to a projector

^^ helpful reply...
I think it’s in reference to the article which makes no sense.
There’s an implied assumption that with a new release the older generation models aren’t for sale.

I see inside these things every day! They are badly made Chinese junk!

People buy them for the so called status that goes with owning an iPhone, no more no less.

If you've got an old iPhone, open it and compare to a Samsung or Huawei.

It speaks to the fact that Apple has done something many tech companies cannot achieve – get users to trust them.
I'm in tech and I don't trust or like Apple.

For Android users, colour is low down on the list of importance – as they first have to check whether their phone has powerful-enough components, find out what software it is running, and research whether they will receive operating system updates in the future.
Translation: "Andoid Users are dumb, color blind and ignorant. In contrast iDevice fanbois are smart, like gay colors and have $$$ to spend"

You need to go have a lie down, preferably in a darkened room.

Many reasons, being able to put your music on there and transfer files and a big plus is not losing stuff when one is foolish enough to test that your phone really isn't waterproof!

When iOS 7 was released there were people saying that it made the iPhone waterproof! You guessed it! Repair shops across the country inundated with wet iPhones!

We call it iCloud.

In the modern world we all have YouTube Music, iTunes etc. so there's no need to download MP3s to your potato anymore.
