When exactly does the cap reset?

Once the complaints start coming, they get out the door.

Will just keep in mind for next month that the reset might be a couple hours off midnight.
 
When do you get data loaded for the next month?

When do you get the data loaded for the next month with the promotion data packages? Now it's 12:20AM on 1st of December and my 5GB is still not loaded for December.
 
Only got the data loaded at 6:30AM. Cell_C, isn't there way to do it much sooner after 12:00AM?

Thank you for the post.

Data is loaded at midnight. it must have been delayed for some reason. next month you should receive your data in time, give us a shout if not.

Yes, it has changed. I brought it up in the other thread. The only reason I activated on the 3rd of last month was because of the "gift".
I could have easily activated after the 15th had I known that this "gift" was only available if you activate after the 15th.
Initially, the Cell_C rep indicated that you get the free data if you activate anytime after the 1st of the month,
so I followed his/her word.

Instead of giving me this standard answer crap, why don't you make yourself usefull, investigate and report back on this thread what went wrong and why the data was delayed this month. Also, how are you going to make sure in the following months data gets loaded promptly after 12:00AM and it's supposed to be.
 
I was also disappointed that mine didn't recharge at 00:00 sharp.... I was gaming, and finished my bandwidth at almost midnight exactly, and then waited almost 2 hours, during which my vodacom contract was recharged, but not my cell c one. Went to sleep in the end, fail :(
