Which ISP for Fibre?

I also went with cool ideas on their rating. But I lost my connection on Sunday. Only recourse is email, no 24/7 service. Raised a ticket and am still waiting for a reply 40 hours later. I think I'll give vox a call

I'm with Vox. they kept us in the loop throughout that fibre outage on the weekend.
I've also had no reason to complain about their service when I was signing on with them.

Don't know about on Openserve, but on Vumatel, the 20/2 bundle is R756 pm and the 20/20 bundle is R807 (free line installation and activation).
