Huawei P20 Pro. Was pretty much the top rated phone at the time - especially the camera. Battery life is still phenomenal - which beat the pants off my previous phone the Samsung S7...

Xiaomi Mi A3 - Upgraded from the original A1. The Android-One experience is fantastic - no bloatware. Android as Google intended. And at under R4000 for an AMOLED phone with 128 GB internal SD was a no-brainer.

Huawei P20lite. I was a big fan of samsung but changed over to huawei 4 years ago and will never go back to anything else. Huawei offers great value for money, good and reliable software.
