Probably the best thing I've recently started to make for myself.
Basic to go:
480ml plain double thick ambledale yogurt
120ml cream
Then add ontop of that
1 packet of instant moirs pudding, preferable butterscotch
1 tsp of vanilla (the real thing or close to it and not that imitation kak)
or
Honey and 1 tsp of vanilla
or
the moirs and vanilla combo with 1 tsp raw fine cacao and 1 tsp of instant coffee
Finally whip for about 10 mins starting slow for the first few minutes and then going fast. I just use my stand mixer and its whisk.
