I made a comment on their website regarding the lack of volume indicated on a bottle ordered (700ml) , and the owner? called me personally to discuss. Was rather impressed and ok with the explanation.
Perhaps try that

Thanks called them and they had website issues around the time I ordered which I do recall, they're expecting stock to arrive on Wednesday.

Could you please post the reason here. I believed I was ordering 6 750ml bottles.

I ordered a Rittenhouse Rye and nowhere on the site it said 700ml. Only saw when I received, and my comment was that it would have been nice to know upfront as I would have rather spent my money on something else in 750ml. He called and explained the import route through the EU and bottling size as well as the rarity of Rittenhouse

Bushmills is Irish, so should be easy going. Monkey shoulder has fans and haters. I think it's a decent blended malt.

What did you think of Jack Daniels? If you liked that it would be worth venturing into makers mark, buffalo trace and Sazerac rye.

Oh you should also add Bains to your list and if you haven't had it. Three ships 5yo is good bang for buck everyday drinking whisky (if you like peat).

I'll take things one step at a time. I think instead of bouncing around a few Whiskey's, I'll try stick to one for a little bit and see how my palette develops. I've heard good things about Monkey Shoulder from a chap at work.

I think I like the idea of the Bushmills. The Gentleman Jack was ok, it's more like a Bourbon I think - quite oaky? Cool, will look to Bains soon.

There's a 2003 and 2010 release, thereafter a 2005 vintage(released around 2015/2016)and 2006 vintage. You can still find the 2005 vintage on the shelves, you just have to look around.

This is quite possibly my favourite dram right now. Should not be watered even a bit, if you ask me, or you risk over-exposing the sweetness. A slight chill does help, so I add a whisky stone or two when I enjoy it. It turns into dessert when you let it sit for a few minutes in the glass.
