Oh nonsense! You know that the discrimination was based on the belief that there were differences. It wasn't the mere idea that some should have and the others shouldn't. (Although there was some pretty awful laws to entrench that - but that's politicians for you).
And then precisely right - the neo-arpartheid architects are discriminating on nothing. There is no basis whatsoever for their arguement.
If they want to discriminate based on the fact that some people benefited from apartheid then let them quantify that and then discriminate to the extent that we have equality. Oh, sorry that's impossible.
But continue with the arguements from the school of 'two wrongs make a right".
Could you read my post again? The architects of Apartheid believed they were superior to the black race - in biological terms, superior genetics if you will.
While I don't entirely agree with AA/BEE, the "neo-Apartheid architects" are not discrimination on a biological level.
