Whitelist Servers for DSTV Now?

Hoping someone can help? (Hope this is in the right section.)

Trying to stream DSTV now on my Windows 10 PC. With AV enabled - McAfee Internet Security. It does not work. Keeps showing error "Something went wrong, please try again later." DSTV support suggested uninstall AV/turning off.

I have uninstalled McAfee and only have Windows defender enabled, same error. If I turn off Defender and firewall it works.

Can't have AV/firewall uninstalled or turned off all the time to stream.

Does anyone know what other servers should be whitelisted? I have whitelisted dstv.com and now.dstv.com, no luck...
