Takes them 20 days to fix my phone and internet. What was the problem? They forgot to turn the line back 'on' after working on it. 20 days of phoning them, having idiots assure me that there was an 'area' problem, they were 'replacing the lines'. When I saw Telkom guys on the corner of my street, they didn't even know I had a problem. I spoke to at least 5 different guys. I reported my fault multiple times, why is it beyond Telkom to do a simple thing as to tell their own people what's going on and get it sorted! Why does something as simple as that have to take 20 days?
Got my internet back, try logging on. Guess what? They've 'lost' or deleted my 3Gig account. It's no longer listed under my name. I've been using it for 2 freaking years. But guess what, I'm still getting charged for it. What the hell?
Can't get through to customer service. Been waiting 3 hours for them to phone me back. This is total rubbish having to count my gigs and rands like browsing international internet is some kind of mirage in a desert of Telkom controlled failure that is South Africa today.
