my sister works for one of the largest companies in the country(i would rather not mention names), she started as a sales rep and worked her way up the ladder, after 8 years hard work she has earned the position of area manager, instead of getting the position she was made to work as acting area manager because they could not offer her the job because it has to be a black area manager, so along comes the new black area manager to be and she gets told to train the AA manager how to do the work!?!, as a result she has resighned and taken up a better position in another leading company. basicly the company has spent hundreds of thousands training her over the years and now they lost her. now justify your AA.

Bwhaa haa haa...This is SO true. I know not one, but at least 5 guys with tha same prob. AA???...lota BULL in my eyes :mad:

Personal experiences in my own company and those that I previously worked for. TBH, this no longer serves a purpose. This topic has been beaten to a pulp on this forum and I am so tired of it now. I am off to start a satirical thread now somewhere else to up the mood!
