Why does she do this...

Do as everyone says OP, manipulating you for her gain, she gets off on "dominating" you. Problem is that as soon as you move on she'll become all needy and chase you and the cycle will begin again.

Delete her number, block her, delete her facebook - erase everything and move on.

Damn! I know.. and now I have that feeling where she is like a fish hook inside my brain and like there is this weight on my heart...
Things were going great the last couple of weeks, been meeting girls and enjoying life again...

And now every 3rd song I hear makes me think of her and is some kind of breakup, being alone song... Damnit! it just happened now..

Meh, just ignore and move on...

I have someone from the past telling me about shst every couple of years. It starts with "I met someone", then 2 years later "I bought a new car", etc...
 
So now that I have become THAT guy... Any advice? I will not be texting again or anything and everything is deleted.. how do I get over this feeling where I lost my Balls last week? Its like my scrotum is in her handbag...

Just give it some time. Break-ups suck and take time to work through. And whatever you do, ignore her if she tries to initiate contact again.

You're better off without someone as superficial as her in your life.

She wanted reassurance that you are still there and have not moved on, but when you got to serious she backed off.

She wants you hooked but only wants to reel you in when she really needs you. And she doesn't really need you now. But she might when the new thing isn't as exiting as she thought.

You are her safety net.
You are her trusty old vw city golf. And she wants to test out a few other models.

Now move on and be someone's Ferrari. Stop being the dusty little car in the garage that she uses when the others are not around.
