Why FNB selected Cell C as a partner

My CellC sim is ever connected as g (Gprs) whilst EmptyN toggles between E and 3G (which is normal). So FNB ??

I may have considered this if it was not Cell C. I work all over KZN and had to change due to the network not working properly the majority of the time. Am very happy with Telkom now.

They selected CellC because they know that the users will never be able to use all their allocated data and call within the month. The Cell C network is that bad.
Funny rabbit. I purchased a Giga200 which only expires end October and I already used 3/4 of it. If they gave me uncapped night time I could easy do 300GB a month.

Yes yes, we know you are THAT lucky guy who has the bestest Cell C ever...

It's not about that. It's about being in an area where Cell C and Telkom is the best. Another person may be in an area where MTN or Vodacom is the best. You people listen too much to anecdotes about Cell C's service and not objective research.

Agreed, Cell C at my location offers the best signal. Always 3G and no dropped calls. And at 66c/minute it's perfect for my needs.

Gonubie.... Southernwood.... Arcadia...

Lost my sh$t with Cell C in all of those area's. Never again.

When they launched it used to be good in Gonubie. But since I moved to Beacon Bay, well it's quite bad.
I'm now using Telkom LTE at work and Vodacom LTE at home, works a very well.

True, the dropped calls and 3G hunting have been ongoing since I got a Cell C work phone.
Funny again I and many others don't experience that. Something you'd know if you really visit so many areas with Cell C.

I use Cell C & I've manually set my phone to roam on Vodacom because it's always on the Vodacom network anyway.

Where I live Cellc and vodacom is the only choices I have. There is no Telkom :cry:which I always used before and MTN is sluggish and bad because of poor signal. I can easily use all my data in a month.

I should now be saying Telkom is MTN is the worse network evers. I Always get dropped calls and no connection. MTN is sluggish as hell but in actual fact the important thing is my location. Haters gonna hate.
