Why is my PC receiving data form Edgecast-netblk-4?

So I was having a laggy experience on my PC with nothing running.

Checked it out and found this - first item on the list - a whois lookup resolves it as Edgecast-netblk-4.

I know the akamai stuff is Windows updates being pushed, but what is edgecast-netblk-4?

Seems also for Deployment but I can't see what it's deploying.

edgecast is a CDN, so could be any one of your App's on your PC pulling updates/connecting to it...

Akamai is also a CDN

Our company PC's pulls windows Updates from that IP...
