Have you noticed that all tablets that are coming out these days seem be be competing on how thin they are.
I wonder if anyone has done some market research into this area.
If I'm reading a book on a tablet, I don't need it to be thin. I want something substantial to hold.
I don't carry a tablet in a coat pocket, nor will I ever feel the need to do so. I carry it in it's own case/bag. The first thing tablet buyers do is purchase a cover which adds to the thickness anyway.
I don't know about anyone else but I would rather have a tablet with a few extra batteries packed into it and get a few more hours of use out of a single charge.
15mm... yes, 15mm thick should suit me just fine. 15mm is more than 4mm thicker than the Galaxy 10.1 and over 5mm thicker than the iPad.
