Why Vox Supafone CANNOT use on Uncapped ADSL

It states this on them website, but also says them own uncapped ADSL can.

Is this just a marketing strategy and I can just use on Uncapped ADSL freely, or I cannot use it on uncapped ADSL at all, then why I cannot?

No problem to use on uncapped, just marketing bull$hit

It is because of throttling and shaping on some uncapped accounts. No vendor will support VOIP product on uncapped. If calls break up etc.

Support has to be manageable.

Mweb seem to prioritize all VoIP on their uncapped accounts, never had a problem with VOX & Switchtel on Mweb Uncapped....

As for the others Afrihost, Vox (Themselves) & Telkom their uncapped packages are a nightmare with VoIP!
