Other: Never used them, doubt I would as I have a car.

Didn't vote No as that seems to just be about discontinuing usage

It said that, following the conclusion of the investigation, a decision may be made to “permanently remove” the driver’s access.

^^ Stupid and potentially irresponsible policy. Rather fully suspend under such strong accusations and circumstances, instead of just limiting access as it mentions elsewhere - allow them back in only if they're sure they're innocent.

And why is potential permanent action put in inverted commas??

I have never had to use any ridesharing service, but family and colleagues who do make use of Uber have not had any issues, so when I really need to, I will probably use Uber.

I don’t but when I do I always check & notice how many lights are lit on the dash! There is always at least one, for Bolt at least.

That’s before I notice the fuel gauge level.
"Because when I put R150 each time the car eats way less than when I put R750 it goes too quick.".

Exactly what I heard last time when I was asked to stop for fuel as they always do. The second favourite is asking for toll money.

Haven't used Uber in SA in years. I usually use Bolt when I need to to save money.

I use Uber sometimes abroad (as Bolt does not exist in a lot of countries). In some countries though, Uber should only be used as a last resort because of the scary pricing. SA is one of the countries where Uber is actually reasonably priced.

Do not really ever use them late at night and if I need to and there is an
incident' it might become very interesting.

More concerning to me is the overall quality, or lack thereof of Uber in general lately.
Vehicles in bad condition, not maintained.
Drivers running their cars on fumes (over the last month more than 50% of Uber rides I did the fuel light was on or came on during the trip).
Driving behaviour in general is not as great as it used to be, in PE most of them were on par/competing with the taxis.

Would prefer to not use them, but sometimes there are no viable alternatives.
In time I predict they will not be useable for most any longer.

Never had the chance to. Whenever I open Uber there's at most 2 cars and they're always moer too far.

I just use Bolt.
