They had better at least start the process they apparently didn't follow before (invite JZ to make his submission) - if they have a case and charged him before then they should be proceeding as normal and recharge him ... their job really.

Of course after hearing his submission they could change their mind ... but let's see.

Yes I sure hope so. It is the only logical thing to do. It's a pretty open and shut case once they get him into court.
