win 10 21H2 acting strange

so I have a lappy running Win 10 21H2, and its acting strangely, wanted to check what people think might be the issue here,
Windows Store wont open, or more correctly opens and then immediately closes,
Calculator, Snipping tool, Snip and Sketch all do the same thing, opens and immediately closes, no warnings, just closes

tried the usual stuff, run as admin, safe mode, another user same as before,
tried SFC /scannow, tried troubleshooter, and finally just finished a repair install, problem still there,
what else can I try? happy to hear regedit suggestions I could attempt, before I simply Nuke the system and reload, but id like to avoid that as much as possible.

Is there nothing showing in Event Viewer under Windows Logs > Application?

Maybe you'll find a clue there.

You might wanna try force reinstalling the store... you will have to google the latest methods.
