Why did i ever decide to plunge in this stupidity.
Everytime i come out of hibernation (i like hibernating my pc) the pc takes forever to get to a working condition, i end up so numb and frustrated that i just hit the reset button, heck XP was way better, once you're out of hibernation in a snap Boom everything just works ! and with the sleep option on win10 as well my internet browser just freezes when i return out of the sleep option after waiting and waiting.

Linux always been a pie in the sky, always looks so delicious but never to be touched, cause if you do, you'll spend your entire life trying to get your individual components/drivers to work and not spend your time enjoying the advantages that the operating system provide over win10

Are you posting from 2005?

I don't know hey, I have Windows 10 running on all my PC's at home and my work laptop, and it runs without a problem, hibernating or not. It might be hardware or user specific in this case

Windows 10 works perfectly for me.

I especially like the fact that they crypto mine in the background, with your permission!!

Disable hybrid sleep, disable "fast startup" and restart 'doze. It will force all background bitcoin mining routines to save the work and exit.

If doesn't help, isolate driver problem. Disable drivers one by one, starting from WiFi, Ethernet, sound, disconnect all USB devices (except mouse and keyboard) and test. Try different graphics driver.

.

How do you know that? The mining routine is so covert and resilient, you basically have to unplug the PC from the outlet to prevent it from mining.

Idjit...

Don't blame the OS if you're too stupid to use it properly.

You not coming up with a solution tells me you're too dumb to use it properly ;)

You don't Need to turn the dials and tweak the the OS for a simple thing such as hibernation to work, it needs to WORK period. If it doesn't then the system is stupid.

But it does work properly for me, on 3 different computers, so that points the stupidity arrow nicely in your direction. ;)

Not sure how I'm supposed to explain to you how to use it properly if it's too easy not to.

Sound like a plan thanks am in the settings now, let me give it a shot :)

3 computers ? How stupid can one be believing the results only 3 computers give you, there are millions of pc's out there and there are 1000s of people having various problems with their win10 pc's. Not everyone has the same pc as yours, Just because it works on your 3 pc's doesn't mean it works on everyone's pc's.

Yet you are too stupid to try and give me a solution.
