Oh wow, and here I thought this would be regionally price adjusted, phew!

It likely will be and if it's running out of azure locations in SA it might be more expensive than international versions.

R9.9K per year for this...neesegat.
I can see the benefits but imagine paying R30K over three years for this level of computing.

The price is fine from a corporate perspective. Opex, no hardware to support. Hell, my work laptop was over R30K and we replace them every three years. Not great for the individual though.
