Windows 7 and blank screen

After a while of no activity (I suspect it is when the screen management kicks and blanks the screen), when I move the mouse a screen appears that shows the user logged in.

I then have to click the user picture to be able to use Win7. How do I disable this behaviour? (Screensaver is disabled and user logins without a password).

Your pc prob goes to sleep, hence the Login screen when waking up

Control Panel > Power options >Change Plan settings.
