I looooove Windows 7. Been using it for a few months now and I don't know how I used anything else I haven't had any problems whatsoever minus a Netgear driver issue that I managed to solve rather easily.

Dropping XP? Ha, Never!

But that is just because I'll probably not be able to afford Win7 at all.
And because I'm not 100% sure if Win7 will like my eeePC.

I too am a happy and contented XP user but it's time to take the next step. Thank you Microsoft for indirectly acknowledging Vista is a failure and where can I get me a copy of Windows7? Please don't laugh but I have no idea how torrents work... Limewire I've used but it's not the sort of program that is adept at downloading 3-5gb files...

Yes, you do. And, I see that registrations are closed, so I cannot help you out with an invite. I amsure that the new release will be available on most torrent sites, though.

I, too, am very happy with XP, but everyone seems to rave about 7. Maybe because they have fixed all or most of the bugs in that horrible POS called Vista?

It's easier than it sounds!

Go to http://www.bitlord.com/ and download and install "BitLord v.1.1".

Go to any torrent site (there are literally hundreds), search and find the app you want to download, select (click on) it to view the contents ... and then click on DOWNLOAD TORRENT.

Select "Open the File with BitLord" from the pop-up ... and follow the prompts!

Well when people rave about something it normally means its flippin awesome
