Windows Hosting Providers

I have a small web application project developed in ASP.Net MVC 3 Framework, Currently hosted by WebAfrica.

My Website/Services relies on Scripts that need to be run several times a day, certain scripts run once a day while other run every minute, every 15 minutes etc. I have an issue with WebAfrica where my scripts fail to run and the scheduled tasks automatically get disabled if it fails x number of times.. Their developers claim to be working on it, and claim to have resolved the issue but it still fails so I'm looking for an alternative host.

I Require a Web Host with these minimum specs:
.NET Framework version v4.0
MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 (1 DB)
Task Scheduler (this is essential)
Storage: 500mb to 1GB
Server Location can be USA, local not required.

I'm currently paying R80 per month, and will to spend a little more, but my budget is not that high since it is a non profit project.. I can't seem to find hosts that offer task scheduler services where I can run my own scripts.

I'm willing to switch to a VPS solution, but I would require MS SQL server and it does't look like VPS providers include this as a basic service, only add-ons which costs too much..

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Did a bit of Googling and checking up on older threads. Folks mention these packages of Afrihost support what you need, re Dotnet etc. http://www.afrihost.com/site/product/windows_home_hosting?src=website_nav so just inquire about the scheduler.

Thanks for the reply.. I had a look at Afrihost a few weeks back, they don't have a Task Scheduler option available on the Shared Hosting packages, only available on dedicated hosting but prices are too high..

I just had a brief look at server-admins and it looks like they using the Helm control panel, AFAIK Helm doesn't have a Task Scheduler option, I'll have to confirm with them...

@Srever-admins, can You confirm if Your Windows hosting options has a Task Scheduler that will allow me to run scripts.. AFAIK helm only has a Website scheduler for system tasks sucks as backups etc.. I need a task scheduler where I can add a url to my script and set the schedule..

Helm does include a website scheduler that allows you call a script / page on your site at particular intervals.
