Hi there,

I'm looking to buy a wireless ADSL router, but I'm looking for a 108mbps wireless router. I'm linking 1 pc via LAN and 3 via wireless. Anyone have any good recommendations on what brand and model wireless router I should be looking at? I've been looking at Netgear's DG834GT...

Thanks!

Thats one of few ones with 108mbps. I was gonna buy that but bought the billion 7202GR2 instead. Have a look at the billion 7300G. If that has 108mbps then buy that.

I got that one. works fine. does the job. my PC sits about 5 metres away in another room and the signal is pretty good. on a thinkpad, the signal is insane.

If your laptop or PC dont support 108Mbs and it's only supports 54Mps then it's going to be useless buying a router like that....

Its not useless, Future prospects and options would suggest having 108mbps is better IMO. I have the Netgear DG834GT 108mbps w/router and its awesome. Havent had a days hassles and it runs 24/7 under serious load.

I have 8 pcs connected here at home, 4 wireless and 4 lan all over my Netgear, running 108mbps, works like a dream and i've never had any problems with it.
