WISP in Greenstone Hill

I live in Greenstone Hill and am in a location where there is only 4meg ADSL, no VDSL, no LTE. I need a faster connection without breaking the bank; can anyone recommend any WISP's or other internet services in the area?

I am looking into them for Norkem park. you have better signal than I do there.

Price is reasonable, and after my 25 day downtime with helkom i am moving to bico (if I have LOS)
