Hi all. Anybody else starting to get regular disconnects on fibre in greenstone hill area, Vumatel line with Afrihost isp ?

@AfriNatic @Afrigirl @AfriGuy any ideas of what the problem might be ? Currently no service and was also off for most of Wednesday....

After the 3 months last year with little to no connection I just hope it's not the same problem....

What was the problem last time?
 
Just ask for credit for the days off. Watch how quick they then fix it. Its very simple

The network incident is still ongoing. Repairs have been placed on hold as there are limited resources available and technicians attending to other faults.
