WISP problems - technical help needed

Hi all.

I have a WISP and having some problems. They can not seem to find a solution.

I run a Tenda Router with a Powerbeam300 dish.

I have little to no connectivity. The router looses signal and displays this772068
Then it gives this message :
772070
This keeps happening over and over. The router has been replaced as well as 25m of UV Cat5 cable from the dish to the POE box. A new cable from the POE box to router was acquired.

Could this be from a faulty dish?

ISP says signal strengh from the tower to the dish is 98%.....

Any insight from experts will be appreciated.

Powerbeam in bridge mode I assume? The Tenda is dialing out the PPPoE session?

Please use a web browser from a PC to configure the Tenda. Sometimes the app creates trouble ive found. The DNS setting on the Tenda. Set it to 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 respectively. Dont use the ISP's one for now. Also update the firmware of the Tenda. The tenda's are a bit emotional expecially the new AC units. When something arbitrary goes wrong its like the whole thing goes cockeye. Just practical experience.

Check with the WISP. Maybe its your PPPoE profile or their setup. Assuming its a mikrotik pppoe server.

If the internet is on, do a trace route.

Ping the second hop continuously and see what happens when the internet disconnects.
Seems the link between you and the tower drops.
Also, do you have clear line of sight?
