Writing off most female developers because you've had one or two bad experiences is rubbish.
I'd say you're just a misogynist because women find you repugnant.
First off, i have almost a decade of experience. I've only worked for myself since January of this year.
As a consultant working with several clients at any one time and several programmers we hire to fill the gaps if the core team couldn't cope, I can safely say that I've met more than 2 women programmers and they ALL gave issues.
However, I can say the same for guys fresh out of Varsity with a chip on their shoulder, Pakistani's, Indians (no not the American ****ing version), Blacks and several other Middle-East cultured folk where programmers are a dime a dozen and there seems to be nothing between the ears of anyone... yes, even the female programmers.
You know who makes a good programmer?
White, Afrikaaner guys with a sense of the world (meaning, they've either traveled the planet further than their town Krugersdorp or has a sense that they're not mommies perfect little sing-star and can pass for an Idols winner)
And just to show you how ****ing petty I can be, I fixed your spelling mistake. Throwing big words at someone when you know you're wrong is just a bit too childish IMO.
