I checked something of note on TelkomInternet.
I logged on 11PM Febuary 3rd and used my account for the full 24 hour session, when logged off the traffic from the 4th was totally put onto the 3rd.
This is contrary to what saix.co.za says, but I got the SAIX logs to prove it.
