Was walking around Makro Cornubia yesterday, need to get some cleaning supplies and a few odds and ends, so to kill time while the better half browsed clothes I took a short left to the entertainment section and the OLED's while amazing didn't really interest me once I caught a brief glimpse of the price, which got me to thinking maybe I should get a game or two, when suddenly lying prone on the bottom shelf, two wild Xbox Series X appear...
In a moment of shock and awe, one Jumped Into my trolley and there was no turning back...

Those things do that, I hunted for mine in early December and now I'm hearing about how some people just find them in their trollies with no memory of how they got there.
The packaging of the Series X was pretty impressive let me say.

In contrast the Series S packaging makes you think you bought a cheap ass WiFi router.
Well I still enjoy my cheap ass "Wifi router", in fact been Chaosbane'ing it the whole Weekend at 4K and loving it.

I loved the MS / Bethesda show! I reckon the format is better without the awkward pregnant-pauses to allow for clapping, or the fake, rent-a-crowd cheering.
The best thing, however, was watching it and I just kept on saying "Oh, that's free." Oh, that's also free". "Another one, free". I had to giggle when I sent my brother in law, that upgraded his entire PC for flight-sim, a message - I'm getting flight sim for free with Top Gun add-on.
Gamepass is truly a gamechanger, and I'm so happy that I bought the 3 years. I'm really, really glad there were no PS5's in stock at launch. Hehe.
Oh my brother is fuming and swearing @ Sony, asking if they watching this s4it.
I know it should not but his misery makes me feel good about getting a Xbox as well, even if its just the Series S.
Edit: For context, he is a PS die hard like some we know on here and will never support "The Devil"

Looked really cool imo
Flight Sim and Forza looked out of this world, not sure if my internet is enough for Flight Sim though only got 40mb but I am sure you can fly with lag, will remember to steer clear of any skyscrapers
Include Stalker 2, Diablo 2 and Starfield, if those are the only games I get to play this gen then it was money well spent on the new console
