Possibly just a small change in design to ensure slightly better airflow.

Not that the console had any issues with airflow or overheating in the first place

Good choice. As I understand it's a very big game. Most folks have a backlog of games to catch up on anyway. I can wait an extra 3-4 months

Well it was to be the big Xbox pull for 2022, and load of people are disappointed. Personally I don't mind/care as its probably something I would rather play on PC.

The year does look kinda dry now. 2023 on the other hand...

Let's see what they have at the Xbox+Bethesda games showcase next month. Should be good

I still haven't

- finished Elden Ring,
- finished Horizon Zero Dawn
- finished the Valkyries in God of War (finished the main story - what a game!!)
- started Assassin Creed: Valhalla

time, time, time...

I've started Mass Effect Legenadary edition again... I mean time I say then I end up spending 16 hours playing Galactic Civilization 3 on my PC till the wee hours.

And I started playing Skyrim again on the Series S. After I finished it many moons ago first on my PC and then XB360. My son (13) was so impressed that he stopped playing Fortnite and now hogs the Series S playing Skyrim all the time... So what did I do? Restarted the game on the old Xbox 360 offcourse! Vastly different graphics compared to the improved version on the SS. But the gameplay remains as sweet as ever.
 
AC Valhalla on xbox series x is a mess, crashes every 30 mins or so after the textures go crazy.

Seems to have been a problem forever. I really didn't expect it after the master piece that was AC odyssey.

That doesn't sound right. I 100% completed AC Valhalla on Series X and it didn't crash once. Didn't have any problems.
