No way, Battlefield kicks both their a$$es Single player and multiplayer.

Gold plated attack choppers FTW! ;)

The best thing you can do is find a place to rent and try them all out, they're all good, but might appeal to different tastes.

Halo 3 - Fun, FPS, with great balance, but very "gamey"
CoD4 - Single player is an intense (and short) tunnel shooter, but good and gorgeous. Multiplayer is as intense.
BF:BC - not just a shooter - "Battlefield sandbox" take CoD4, make the maps literally 20x the size add tanks, jeeps attack choppers, and unarmoured golf cars :D

eeek, mebe next month... bought 9 old games so far (in 3 days???) so my budget is blown...

but see me there you will. hopefully by then i can run, aim and shoot at the SAME time :)

Yes I gotvthe Pro with the 60gig at CNA and COD4. Let's hope it's better than the Wii ;)! oh happy days.

There's a really good TradeStation that just opened in Parklands (Moved away from Milnerton :( ) I HIGHLY recommend you pay them a visit - Kage know the address ...

I didn't buy 9, I've just got one game now. But I'll take look at the trading places. PM me the details please?

I'm trying to get used to this new controller, confusing me at the moment but getting better! COD4 advised recruit level for me thanks to my poor accuracy and speed :D

hehe, well i did buy 9 :P there is now a very big hole where my wallet used to be.

but, also, next to my tv, theres this white behemoth that hums oh so nicely, and 8 green dvd cases and 1 grey one (i didnt know you get grey ones :rolleyes: )

anyhow, i got me:
Halo 3
Crackdown
Devil May Cry 4
Saints Row
Project Gotham Racing 3
Fight Night Round 3
Virtua Fighter 5
Dead or Alive 4
Prey (got this for a steal! )

but yeah, i reallllllly want to get something i can play over live with my free month. a shame about the tradestation that buggered off from sable square, i bloody well went there last night to find an empty store, as in, no shelves even, just a ladder floating around.

so they now in parklands??? doh!! how much for gears from them? i don't think i can afford anymore games this month however :( unless some of my projects pay out, in which case i will go stick my oily face on their clean windows at 7am till they let me in
 
@eye-suc - Take Halo 3 online, the lag compensation is good enough to play on international servers

Lol, in that case I HIGHLY recommend you get Gears of War ASAP. One of it's most noob redeeming features is the roadie run which not only lets you run quicker, but autocentres the camera for you ;)

Download Castle Crasher (even just the trial version) Don't ask questions just do it! ;)

Oh and I highly recommend Carcassonne - but I like the board game version as well. And Catan.
