My Note 4 PRO took only 4 days to get to me from Gearbest. They did take 3 days before they handed over to DHL though - I had other items in the same order, and they likely didn't have everything in stock at the time of my order.

Note 4 Pro is an awesome phone, but very plain out the box - needs a good launcher, I am using CM Launcher, with tweaks.

Looking forward to mine. The 16 & 2Gig is just not enough if you come from a 64Gig iPhone.

I quite like the MIUI interface, very IOS like, so was a smooth transition.

Is anyone else able to get the new FNB OTP notification things on the Xiaomi?

Yes, but not without a struggle. My app was simply not giving them to me. Even if I opened the app on the phone, it would not pop up the OTP to confirm. I called FNB. The dude guided me through online banking to the page where I had to authorise my Xiaomi to be part of my OTP devices.

I have never had to do this before, it always just worked when I signed into the FNB app.

My Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 PRO just got shipped out today, recieved a SMS from DHL saying it would arrive on Monday (could be sooner but Monday isn't too bad)

Total price is R3200 ($236) Includes DHL shipping ($29)and paid for Shipping insurance ($5) (bought the 3GB ram and 64gig memory) - not sure how much customs will be but probably still reasonable.

I notice the invoice has a lower amount, maybe that's a way to help reduce any custom fees etc.

You also order from gearbest? Looking at maybe getting my wife one when her contract finishes in a few months time.

If you buy one for your wife, just be prepared - she will be all over you (stock up on some viagra, if necessary)
