I'm sure I saw someone else talking about a similar problem and that it was a tiny wire that came loose.

That would be me, me earpiece is a bust. The mic however is soldered to the bottom logic board so I am afraid that would mean possibly replacement of the entire board if it is indeed a hardware fault

I took mine back due to minor bulging by the volume buttons, but they wanted to charge me for it saying it's user damage but a quick Google search finds it to be a common issue.

Regardless, declined the quote and got the phone back, and the bulge looks smaller.

Overall the return to Incredible connection was seamless, I had an invoice emailed to me last year, so I forwarded it to them, and all was well.

My power button is not working reliably anymore - when I press it, it either does not respond and I have to press it again or when I press it and the display turns off, it turns back on directly afterwards more often than not. This can occur multiple times in a row before it actually stays off. Has anyone experienced something similar regarding the power button? I also bought mine using the WeChat deal so it should still be under warranty at Incredible.
