Xtouch help needed

Hi guys ! Hope you're all well !!

I need some help please my wife's got this Xtouch windows 10 tablet , she did a hard reset on the tablet and now the touch screen won't work ... Checked the tablet and the drivers was deleted with the hard reset , I've search everywhere on the web and can't find any drivers...any and all help will be greatly appreciated

Managed to donwload the file thanx ! The tablet gave me a blank screen the entire day and I only managed to get into the bios now , some kind of a problem with the windows .... Think I'll n3ed to download the windows and boot from a usb . It gave me a screen saying the windows encountered a problem en it needs to reset to factory I then clicked yes and it gave me a message later on saying that it was unsuccessful and then went of and back on an now it stays on a black like screen ..
